A:You must grasp logistical efficiency. What does cow eat? Hay and corn. And what are these? Vegetables. So steak is nothing

Don’t eat after 7 or you’ll gain weight!

Eat this magical combination of foods to lose weight!

Carbohydrates cause insulin release and that means fat storage!

I could go on and on and on but these are some of the top myths that I hear over and over again. We have been so brainwashed in this society by the “experts” on weight loss.

Has anyone really stopped to question these experts or where they got their information?

Drink Wine,Lose Weight

I had a client this week that was thrilled and somewhat suprised at her six pound weight loss over the last two weeks.
