Ariel earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University and completed her dietetic internship through the University of Delaware. Ariel started her career as a Wellness Dietitian at the Rothman institute in Philadelphia. It was there that she began seeing patients for various disease conditions and weight management. With this experience Ariel was inspired to start a private practice in Philadelphia where her specialties were weight management,sports nutrition,digestive disorders,optimal health and teen nutrition. Ariel is currently a consultant in the Sarasota/Bradenton area where she offers nutrition counseling for weight management and sports nutrition.
On her own,Ariel continuously researches the most recent studies regarding nutrition and supplements and their impact on brain health (food,mood,emotions,depression,anxiety).
